Our mission

Protect what people build.
Expose lawsuit abuse.
Restore integrity to justice.

The National Center for Legal Integrity exists to unite business owners and Americans affected by lawsuit abuse, bring hidden patterns into the light, and fight for a legal system grounded in truth, fairness, and personal responsibility.

What we believe

We believe you should have the freedom to build a business, provide for your family, and contribute to your community—with confidence that the justice system will treat you fairly.

"The truth should matter more than the cost of defending it."

Why we exist

The cost of fighting, or the cost of paying.

Too often, people facing questionable claims must weigh the cost of fighting against the cost of paying to make the problem disappear. That pressure can leave business owners feeling isolated, vulnerable, and unheard.

Isolated

Vulnerable

Unheard

NCLI's mission is to turn those isolated experiences into

1

shared knowledge,

2

a stronger voice,

3

and meaningful change.

Our work centers on three commitments.

COMMITMENT 1

Bring hidden patterns into the light.

An individual business owner may see only the claim in front of them. Connecting information across businesses, industries, and states could reveal a much larger picture.

Our goal is to build a secure nationwide database that connects demand letters, legal claims, court records, and other relevant materials. Technology, researchers, and qualified attorneys would help examine that information for repeated tactics, inconsistencies, and potential abuse.

Repeated tactics?

Review first.

Illustrative example

Evidence must guide this work.

Careful review, respect for privacy, and a clear distinction between allegations and established facts are essential to the integrity we seek to uphold.

COMMITMENT 2

Give people the strength of standing together.

No business owner should have to believe they are the only one experiencing this, or that no one else would understand. We are bringing together business owners, individuals, ethical attorneys, and researchers who share our commitment to fairness in the legal system.

As NCLI grows, we aim to provide practical information and connect people with resources so no one has to face this alone.

Together, we can turn experiences that once went unheard into a voice lawmakers and the public cannot easily ignore.

COMMITMENT 3

Fight for laws that reward truth and responsibility.

We advocate for reforms that

1

Preserve fair compensation for genuine harm.

2

Discourage fraudulent and abusive claims.

3

Make resolving disputes more reasonable and accessible.

ACCOUNTABILITY SHOULD APPLY TO EVERYONE

Our standards must remain the same regardless of someone's wealth, influence, or political affiliation.

The future we're working toward

We envision an America where people feel confident opening a business, hiring another employee, creating something new, and keeping the doors open to their communities.

An America where legitimate victims can pursue justice and those accused have a fair opportunity to defend themselves.

An America where integrity carries more weight than intimidation.

That is the future NCLI is working to help build. Our database and national research and support network are development goals, and every person who joins can help strengthen the effort.
